I like the differences in the endings because it correlates to how Cassidy and Tala treated Jericho. Even though the events of the game was Jericho’s fault, Cassidy believed that he was capable of redemption. She saw something good in him and never treated him like an outlaw. She was also willing to help him when it grew hard for him to control his vampirism. Even in death, all she cared about was helping him through his trials. Tala, on the other hand, saw Jericho as someone who was capable of great power. She more-so allowed him to embrace his dark desires by reminding him of his criminal background. In truth, she saw him as nothing more than an outlaw. I think that’s why I’m the good ending, Jericho shares one final tender moment with Cassidy before she passes over because he appreciated the good she saw in him. The game said that the train robbery was going to be his last job. And in the bad ending, all Tala did was reinforce Jericho’s negative qualities and it backfired on her greatly. After all, what happens you finally create a monster? It turns on you eventually. Just something I thought about watching these playthroughs.

Bro i just bought this game today i have a 4k monitor and this looks so blurry with the 800x600 resolution. I tried changing the settings to 4k from the video settings launcher in the game folder even tried changing them in game launcher but still whenever i launch it its all blurry and low res can anyone help? I bought it from steam today

I very much want to play this game again. If anyone has any tips or anything that can help me play this on my pc with a controller I’d pay the for the trouble.

I use the steam version, my game says version 1.4. I see servers but almost all are bots except for one server which did have 6 ppl playing but now that I look again it now has 0 players. Is there anything else I need to do? What is the point for the gog version or iortcw

I actually thought of a more kid-friendly version of the game that would kind of still work. Like, you could substitute a lot of this for the kind of crude humor that grade or middle schoolers like. The deaths can still happen, just remove the blood and gore. When the dinosaurs eat the cavemen, they just get eaten instantly. All the beer is replaced with soda. The barfs are replaced with burps. The parts where Conker pees on enemies can be replaced with squirting soda out of his nose. The swear words are replaced with their more PG variants (like shoot, crud, or freaking). Poo Mountain is replaced with Chocolate Mountain. The guns are kind of fine since the 2000's era had a lot of shooting games for kids, like Ratchet or Star Fox Assault. The zombies should sort of be fine since Zelda already had some. But for Count Batula, maybe he just eats his victims directly? The War chapter is already about shooting up teddy bears, so that isn't so bad. Buga the Knut gets embarrassed about being naked in the arena.
